Coupler II mounts on Jackson Spinal Frame. Spinal Top Adaptor Brackets are required to mount the Coupler II on the frame. Coupler II is compatible with DORO® skull clamps. Cervical Management Base Unit mounts on the crossbar of any of the Advanced Control Bases. It can be used in conjunction with the Jackson Spinal Surgery Top or the Radiolucent Imaging Top and provide cervical management for patients positioned prone or supine respectively. Traction can be applied manually or through the use of ropes and weights.
The Mizuho OSI 5979-01 Cervical Traction Vector is designed to be used with either the DURO Radiolucent or Mayfield skull Clamp. The starburst connector also allows for the attachment of other compatible head rest attachments.
